Applicants retain ownership of their intellectual property. However, by applying, applicants grant the organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, distribute, and display their application materials in connection with the competition at any time.
The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any applicant at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of any of the terms and conditions outlined in this document, fraud, and failure to comply with the competition guidelines.
The organizers reserve the right to verify the information the applicants provided and conduct background checks, as necessary.
Applicants must provide accurate and complete information in the application form. Misrepresentation or inaccurate information may result in disqualification from the competition.5. The organizers reserve the right to change the competition guidelines, judging criteria, and prizes at any time without prior notice.
The decision of the judges is final and binding in all matters related to the competition, including but not limited to the selection and grading of winners.
The organizers will not be liable for any damages, losses, or personal expenses incurred by the applicants or winners as a result of their participation in the competition, including but not limited to travel expenses, legal fees, and lost profits.
The organizers may publish the names and images of the winners and their businesses for promotional and marketing purposes, without further compensation to the winners.
Applicants acknowledge that the organizers are not responsible for any technical difficulties, including but not limited to internet connection issues, that may affect the submission of their application materials.
The organizers may use the applicants’ personal information for the purpose of administering the competition and communicating with the applicants about the competition and related events. The organizers will not share the applicants’ personal information with third parties without their consent, except as necessary to administer the competition.
